    Install residential and commercial fencing including wood, vinyl, and chain link. Must be reliable and have basic construction experience.

    Requirements:

    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
    • Basic hand tool experience
    • Reliable transportation to shop

    Fence Crew Lead

    Rochester, WAFull-time
    $28-35/hr

    Lead a crew of 2-3 installers on job sites. Responsible for quality control, customer communication, and daily reporting.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years fence installation experience
    • Leadership experience
    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability to read blueprints

    Gate Automation Technician

    Olympia, WAFull-time
    $25-32/hr

    Install and service automated gate systems including swing gates, slide gates, and access control systems.

    Requirements:

    • Electrical experience preferred
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Valid driver's license
    • Customer service skills
